Born on April 3, 1982, in the Akmola region.
In 2003, he graduated from the Kazakh-Russian University in Astana with a degree in Law.
Between 2004 to 2009, he served in various positions in law enforcement agencies, including senior positions within the penitentiary system.
From 2009 to 2019, worked in the Department of Defense and Law Enforcement of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From July 2019, continued civil service in the Executive Office of the President, where he has served as Deputy Head of the Department of the Law Enforcement System from September 2022.
On September 5, 2026, by the order of the President, he has been appointed Deputy Head of the Apparatus of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the Order of "Kurmet", the Order of "Parasat", and the Medal for "Eren Enbegi Ushin".
