
Born in 1974 in Almaty region.
In 2000 she graduated from Abai Almaty State University and in 2007 from the Kazakh National Agrarian University.
In 2012, earned a Candidate of Sciences degree in Sociology.

On 31 August 2026, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, she was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
She has been awarded the Orders of "Qurmet" (2010), "Parasat" (2015), "Barys" III Degree (2021), "Barys" II Degree (2024), "Barys" I Degree (2026), and "Dustlik" (Uzbekistan, 2024). He state honors also include the jubilee medals "10 Years of Astana" and "20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
